Add Links to Instagram Stories using Stickers

Instagram’s Swipe-up feature for Stories lets influencers or users share the link with their followers or story viewers. Instagram changed the swipe-up link to the Link Sticker on August 30. The Link Sticker feature is the new way to share the link with followers.

To add the link stickers to your stories you have to open Instagram on your phone. Go to the Story creation by swipe left or tap on your story option on the top of the home screen. After this select your image or choose the Create (Aa) option to create your Instagram story.

You can tap on the Create (Aa) option for the colorful background story for your story. Tap on the Sticker icon at the top of the screen once you have selected the image or Create (Aa). You will see the new Link Sticker in the sticker section.

Tap on the link and you will see the text box to add the URL of your website or content that you want to share with your followers. Tap on the Done option once you have pasted the URL to add the Link sticker to your Story. Now you can place the sticker anywhere in your story. You can also add the GIF to highlight the link sticker.
