Android Phone users have to enable the dark mode in their phone to enable the dark mode on the Threads app. They can easily enable this setting from the Quick Settings page.
To set the dark mode users have to open the Settings and go to the Display option. In the Display section, they have to enable the Dark Theme on their phone. Once the users enable the dark theme on their phone the Threads app will now use the dark theme by default as long as their device is in the dark mode.
If you don’t find the dark theme on your phone just search the Dark theme within the Settings and you will get it. Now you can enable the dark theme on your device to use the dark mode on the Threads app.

You have to just go to Settings and tap on the Display & Brightness option. Enable Dark appearance in the Display & Brightness settings option. Once use enable the Dark appearance then the Threads app will use the dark mode by default.
