Currently, the Shorts feature tab is on the top of the left corner. But the YouTube is testing to change the position of the Shorts feature to the Navigation Bar soon. It is testing to replace the Explore tab with the Shorts tab. The Explore tab will move to the top in the place of the Shorts. The Shorts will move to the place of Explore tab.

Recently it starts testing the new Timed Comments feature. The YouTube new feature allows users to view the timed comments to the exact moment of a video you are watching. Also, this feature allows users to add the comment on the video of the creator and link them to the specific part of that video. With the help of these timed comments, the other users can easily find exactly which specific part of the video the commenter is talking about. Users can tap on that timestamp to jump on the specific part of the video.
