YouTube Testing new Timed Comments feature
The YouTube new feature allows users to view the timed comments to the exact moment of a video they are watching. Also, this feature allows users to add comments on the video of the creator and link them to a specific part of that video. With the help of these timed comments, the other users can easily find exactly which specific part of the video the commenter is talking about. Users can tap on that timestamp to jump on a specific part of the video.

YouTube is testing this new feature for a small group of users on selective video on Android and iOS. The new Timed Comments feature is part of the YouTube test features and experiments program. The users can see the new Timed Beta feature under the sort button in the comment section who is part of the experiment.
YouTube will roll out this feature for a large group of users if it gets a positive response to the experiment. Also, this feature will roll out for a larger number of videos on a selective number of videos.
