Redmi has launched the new budget tablet Redmi Pad SE in India. It comes with an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, 8000 mAh battery, 400 nits of peak brightness, and much more.

Redmi Pad SE Specifications and Features

It comes with an 11-inch FHD+ LCD Display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. It has 400 nits of brightness which makes clear that this pad is made for indoor use. The new Pad SE has a single 8MP f/2.0 rear camera and a 5MP f/2.2 selfie shooter at the front. You can record video in 1080p and 720p (both at 30fps) from the front and rear cameras.

An octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor powers it. It boasts four Cortex-A73 performance cores and four Cortex-A53 efficiency cores.

The new Pad SE is backed by an 8,000 mAh battery with 10W charging. It has up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage on board. This pad has LPDDR4X RAM and ancient eMMC 5.1 storage. It is powered by MIUI Pad 14 based on Android 13. However, the Redmi promises to offer the HyperOS in future updates.

The new Redmi Pad SE has four Dolby Atmos-supported and Hi-Res audio-certified speakers. It has also a 3.5mm headphone jack. There is Wi-Fi 2.4GHz and 5GHz with Bluetooth 5.0, and a USB 2.0 Type-C Charging port. It is available in three color options Mint Green, Graphite Gray, and Lavender Purple.

Redmi Pad SE Price and Availability

Pad SE (4GB+128GB) variant costs Rs 11,999. In contrast, the 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB variants cost Rs 12,999 and Rs 13,999 respectively. You can also get the Rs 1,000 instant discount on ICICI Bank cards.
