You can now view the new status in the Business info section. You can directly tap on the profile photo and select the view status option to view the status if Business users update their status.
If you tap on the Business WhatsApp user profile photo then you will see the two options view profile and view status. If you want to view the profile photo then tap on the first view status option or tap on the view status option to view the status.
Currently, we have to go to the status section or tab to view the users’ status updates. But now you can also view the status in the business info section. WhatsApp is not removing or replacing the old way to view status options from the Business accounts or normal accounts. WhatsApp is rolling out this feature for Business account users for the specific beta tester.
Normal WhatsApp users have to use the old way to view the status update. They have to simply go to the status section to view status. If you want to use the new status feature then update your WhatsApp and check that you got this feature or not. If you won’t get this feature then wait for some time.
