Also, users won’t be able to see the new voice waveforms if they receive the voice note from those contacts who didn’t get the new feature or recorded the voice notes in the old WhatsApp version when they haven’t the new voice waveforms feature.

This feature is available on the Android beta version 2.21.25.11 and WhatsApp for iOS beta version 2.21.240.18. It will soon roll out the new Voice Waveforms feature for all users.
