You have to open your WhatsApp and tap on the three dots top of the right corner. Go to the settings option and go to Data and storage usage. After this tap on the storage usage and you will see all your contact according to high storage usage. Choose your specific chat whom media file you want to delete from WhatsApp.

Tap on the Free Up Space option bottom of the screen and select media type like photos, videos, audio messages, documents, text messages etc. After selecting the messages tap on the Delete items and tick delete starred messaged then tap on clear messages. It will clear your media files from WhatsApp.

You have to open your WhatsApp then go to the settings option bottom of the screen. Tap on the Data and Storage Usage option after open WhatsApp. Go to the storage usage option and you will find the highest storage usage contact on the top.
