To add the Eid Mubarak Stickers, You have to open your WhatsApp. Go to any individual chat or group with whom you want to send the wishes sticker. After going to the chat click on the emoji icon on the type messages box.
You will see the half-fold sticker icon beside the GIF option at the bottom of the screen. Tap on the sticker icon then you will see all the previously used stickers. To get the Eid-ul-Fitr wishes sticker you have to click on the (+) plus icon top of the right corner of the sticker section.

After this tap on the Add to WhatsApp option and tap on the Add option.
