WhatsApp users are facing issues to send photos. When the users send photos it couldn’t load. Instagram users are facing issues while sending messages. Facebook users reported that the Facebook website is only showing the logos and not fully loading the website.
According to the WABetaInfo, the features tracker of WhatsApp, there is not only the media issue. Some users are also unable to send messages at 19:05 UTC. They are also facing issues while generating high-quality image previews when sharing links. WABetaInfo also said it may be caused by the typical misconfiguration.
Latest update about the WhatsApp outage looking fix for some users. Now my colleague MD Ali Harshad sends the media to their chat and is being sent to their chat. It seems that the service is slowly starting to work again for some users. They are now able to send media to their chat.
