It is working on the Premium for the Business account only and it is optional.

WhatsApp Premium a new Subscription plan will let users the ability to link and name up to 10 devices. Users will be also able to rename to remember the devices easily. It is also planning to offer a new unique custom business link. It will offer the ability to create a unique custom business link and businesses can already use short links to let customers contact them.

Customers can contact the businesses by opening a link and that link includes their phone numbers. But the new Premium feature will let business accounts create a custom link.
