As you can see in the given image, users have to open the chat transfer section and scan the QR Code that will be visible on the new Android device. The chat will be migrated to the new Android device once the user scans the QR code.

Note that the new option for chat transfer is currently limited to Android phones, so the chat transfer to the iOS device by using a QR Code won’t support the iOS devices.
