WhatsApp rolling out a new Reply with a Message feature
WhatsApp is releasing a new reply button within the call notifications that allow users to decline an incoming call and send a message to their caller at the same time. The new reply button may appear when the user receives a call.
Users will see a reply button alongside the decline and answer buttons when they receive a call notification. If the user taps on the reply button within the notification then the incoming call will be rejected and a message box will open automatically that allows the user to send a quick message to the caller.
The new reply button within call notifications is rolling out for beta users. The new ability to reply within call notifications is available on Android beta version 2.23.9.16. But some users also get the same feature reply with a message on Android beta version 2.23.9.15.
