Screen Security:- This is one of the best features that help you to block the other users from taking screenshots of your chat. The signal app has a feature named Screen  Security which prevents taking screenshots of all chats. To use this feature you have to open your signal app and tap on the three dots then go to the setting option. After this tap on the Privacy option and enable screen security.

Group invitation privacy:- When you create a group in the Signal app then all your friends cannot be added to the group automatically. The Signal app sends an invite link once you enter the name of the contact with whom you want to create. To join the group they have to accept and tap on the invitation. This is also possible in WhatsApp when you select the “My Contacts except” settings.

Screen lock:- You can set the fingerprint lock on your signal app like WhatsApp. Users can use their phone’s fingerprint or password to use the app. One of the important things is that all incoming calls on the signal can still be answered. Also, reply to the messages in the notification panel.

Read receipts:- The signal app has the Read receipts feature same as the WhatsApp. You can use this feature and it will let you know whether your contact has seen the messages or not. You can hide your profile photo from all. Also, you can set it to your phone contact with whom you want to show your profile photo or set it to nobody so that no one can see your display picture.

To use this feature you have to open your WhatsApp and tap on the three dots then go to the settings options. Tap on the Account option and go to the Privacy option and you will see the Profile photo option.

Last Seen privacy:- You can select who can see your last seen and the status that you are online. It has the same three options same as the profile privacy you can set it to all, My contacts, and nobody. To use this feature you have to open your WhatsApp and tap on the three dots. After this, you have to go to the settings options. Tap on the Account option and go to the Privacy option and you will see the last seen option.

Status privacy:- You will get three options to choose who can see your status update. Its three options are Contact, My Contact except… and Only Share with. To use this feature you have to open your WhatsApp and tap on the three dots. After this, you have to go to the settings options. Tap on the Account option and go to the Privacy option and you will see the status option.

Fingerprint lock:- This feature allows you to set the fingerprint security to your WhatsApp so that nobody can access your WhatsApp without your fingerprint authentication. Tap on the Account option and go to the Privacy option and at the bottom, you will see the fingerprint lock option. Tap on the option to enable this feature.

Group invitation system:- The Group invite system of WhatsApp is different from the Signal app. Anyone can add to any group on WhatsApp if they have your phone number. But you can control who can add you to the WhatsApp group. You will get the three options Everyone, My Contacts, and My Contacts except currently. The nobody option has been disabled on WhatsApp.
