You have to grant permission when you use your WhatsApp on the Web after rolling out this feature. You have to use your Fingerprint authentication and Face recognition to use your WhatsApp on Web and Desktop.

Users must have to use Fingerprint authentication or Face recognition to unlock on phone before scanning the QR code to use WhatsApp on the Web. If your friends try to connect to your WhatsApp on their Desktop then they have to first unlock their phone using their Face and Fingerprint. They will unable to connect your WhatsApp and your account is secure.

To use this new security feature on your WhatsApp you have to open your WhatsApp. After this tap on the three dots top of the right corner. Tap on the WhatsApp Web option once you tap on the three dots. You have to tap on the ‘Link A Device’ option. You have to follow all processes when your phone shows the biometric authentication and login to the Web or Desktop.
