This new feature has been discovered on the Android beta version 2.23.26.16. The meta-owned messaging app automatically organized the multiple consecutive images of videos in the channel shared by channel admins into a unified album, and channel followers can conveniently tap on the automatic album to access the entire collection.
The meta-owned messaging app has already been released in the chats and groups for years but now it is releasing this feature in channels. One of the important to note is that photos and videos shared in the album support channel reactions.
This new feature enhances the user experience by enhancing the organization of media (photos and video) shared in channels and grouping them in an album. It also offers increased accessibility for channel followers to access the entire collection.
The new ability to automatically group consecutive photos and videos in channels is currently rolling out for some Android beta testers. This feature is currently available on the Android beta version 2.23.26.16.
