WhatsApp is one of the most popular instant messaging apps. You must be using WhatsApp to stay connected with your friends, colleagues, and others. WhatsApp won’t limit the functionalities of those users who won’t accept its new privacy policy update in India.
We explained to you in our previous post that, You’ll encounter limited functionality on WhatsApp until you accept the updates. You won’t be able to access your chat list, but you can still answer the incoming phone and video calls. If you have notification enabled, you can tap on them to read or respond to a message or call back a missed phone or video call.
After a few weeks of limited functionality, you won’t be able to receive incoming calls or notifications and WhatsApp will stop sending messages and calls to your phone, WhatsApp said. But now it won’t limit your app functionality to those users who won’t accept its Terms of Service. Today I am explaining to you about WhatsApp won’t limit the functionality of the app. Read this post till the end to know more about this.

WhatsApp won’t limit functionalities in India
WhatsApp said “We will not limit the functionality of how Whatsapp works in the coming weeks. Instead, we will continue to remind users about the update as well as when people choose to use relevant optional features, such as communicating with a business that is receiving support from Facebook… We hope this approach reinforces the choice that all users have whether or not they want to interact with a business. We will maintain this approach until at least the forthcoming PDP law comes into effect”.

WhatsApp still claiming that the terms of services don’t change the way you chat with friends and family, but they are needed to improve the communication with a specific business account, report.
What WhatsApp will do in the future is not clear and the situation is really confusing in other countries. Germany, Turkey, and Argentina, etc are the countries that are confused about what WhatsApp will do in the future. One of the important things that are unknown yet will WhatsApp adopt the same policy WorldWide.
If WhatsApp won’t limit the function on the app for those users who won’t accept its privacy policy then why should any users will accept it? But the good news for users who won’t accept the policy. This is good news for users at least until India’s Personal Data Protection Bill comes into effect.
