If you can easily check if the new do not disturb mode is available to your account or not. You have to enable the do not disturb mode within your phone settings and call with your second number or ask your friends to call you for seconds on WhatsApp. If you see the new label Silenced by Do Not Disturb that means the new Do Not Disturb API feature is finally for your account.

If you don’t see a new label Silenced by Do Not Disturb that means this feature is not enabled for your WhatsApp account. The new Silenced by Do Not Disturb label doesn’t show on your account because the new DND mode feature is releasing for certain beta testers.
