You will see the half-fold sticker icon beside the GIF option at the bottom of the screen. Tap on the sticker icon then you will see all the previously used stickers.
You have to click on the (+) plus icon top of the right corner of the sticker section and you will see the new Papa mere Papa sticker pack.
