WhatsApp For Mac Now Available on the App Store
The meta-owned messaging app WhatsApp has announced the new WhatsApp for Mac on Desktop via the X (formerly Twitter). Users can download the WhatsApp app for macOS from the App Store. It is globally available for all users and they can natively use WhatsApp on their Mac.
The new meta-owned messaging app’s version is based on Mac Catalyst just like the previous beta version. It improves the overall usage experience as compared to the Desktop client. It comes with features like audio and video calls, archived chats, starred messages, drag-and-drop files, check call history and more. It also remains end-to-end encrypted like on other platforms (Android and iOS).
