How to Use Meta AI Chatbot on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, & Web

Meta has rolled out the Meta AI Chatbot widely for users. The new Meta AI Chatbot is available on the Web and across many social media apps. You can use the Meta AI Chatbot on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, and the official Web.

How to use Meta AI Chatbot on WhatsApp

On Android

1. You have to tap on the Meta AI icon at the bottom of the right corner to access it.
2. After this, use the /imagine in-line shortcut and enter your prompt to generate your images. You can also start your prompt with “generate an image” to produce AI images.
3. You can get quick answers by typing @Meta AI followed by your query in your private chats. Your private chats with the user details can’t be sent to the Meta cloud servers.

On iPhone

1. Tap on the Meta AI icon at the top of the Chats screen, above the search bar on WhatsApp.
2. After this, you can now start your conversation with Meta AI on WhatsApp. You can type /imagine a shortcut followed by your prompt on WhatsApp to generate your image.
3. You can type @Meta AI and a query to quickly find an answer without leaving the conversation in the private chats.

On Web

1. You have to click on the Meta AI icon from the left sidebar on WhatsApp’s desktop client to access the chatbot.
2. You can use the Meta AI to generate images and converse directly with it.

How to use Meta AI Chatbot on Instagram

On Android

1. You have to open Instagram and tap on the search icon from the navigation bar at the bottom.
2. Tap on the Meta AI icon at the top left corner (inside the search bar) and start chatting with Meta AI.
3. You can also use the AI chatbot in your private DMs by typing @Meta AI and getting quick information to be shared with the other person without leaving Instagram.
4. You can also use the /imagine shortcut to generate images in your private DMs on Instagram.

On iPhone

1. Open the Instagram and tap on the Search icon to go to the Search tab from the bottom.
2. Tap on the Meta AI icon in the search bar to access the chatbot.
3. You can start a conversation with Meta AI by tapping on its icon. You can enter a prompt or use the /imagine to generate images using the chatbot. It also provides users with prompt suggestions to help them to start a conversation with Meta AI.
4. You can type @Meta AI to get a quick response from the AI chatbot in the private DMs. Also, type the /imagine shortcut to generate AI images in your DMs.

How to Use Meta AI Chatbot on Facebook

On Android

1. The Meta AI icon on Facebook appears directly on the user feed under the post they are currently viewing.
2. You can use Meta AI to gain more insights about the post on Facebook. For example, on a post related to Smartphones, you can ask about the best smartphone.

1. Open the Facebook app on your iPhone and tap on the Meta AI icon at the top of the right to start a conversation with Meta AI.
2. You can also use the search bar to ask Meta AI anything you want to know on Facebook.

How to use Meta AI Chatbot on Messenger

On Android

1. Tap on the Meta AI tab from the bottom of the Messenger app.
2. After this, you can start your conversation with Meta AI.
3. You can also use the AI chatbot in your private chats by typing on the @Meta AI.

On iPhone

1. You have to open the Messenger app and tap on the Meta AI tab from the bottom. It can be accessed from the Stories section at the top of the chat screen.
2. Now you can start your conversation with Meta AI in Messenger. You can also access the AI chatbot by typing @Meta AI in your existing chats.

How to use Meta AI Chatbot on the Web

1. You have to open any web browser, go to the meta.ai website, and start your conversation with the Meta AI chatbot using the text bar at the bottom.
2. You don’t need to sign in with your Facebook account or Google. If you want to save your conversations, you can sign in to your account.
3. The Meta AI can connect to the internet and find the latest information for your queries.
4. Click on the imagine from the left pane if you want to generate images.
5. Now, it will generate images in real time when you enter a text prompt.
