How to Unlink your Facebook account from Instagram?

To unlink your account you have to open the Instagram app on your phone. Tap on the profile icon at the bottom of the right corner to go to your profile then tap on the Hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) at the top of the right corner.

A menu will appear when you tap on the hamburger icon and you have to tap on the Settings options. After this, Scroll down the screen and find the Accounts Center option available in blue color under the Meta. You have to tap on the Accounts Center option.

After this, tap on the Accounts option under Account Settings to Unlink your account. Now tap on Remove beside your Facebook account and select Continue to proceed and it is done. Your accounts will be unlinked immediately from your account.

Once you unlinked or remove your account then you won’t receive Facebook-based notifications or data indications on your Instagram. Your inbox on both platforms Facebook and Instagram will be Disconnected. Now you will be able to experience the two platforms Facebook and Instagram separately.
