You have to select the Schedule message option once the two options appear. Telegram will show you preset times that let you send messages in the next 30 minutes, two hours, or eight hours you can choose any preset time. You can also send the message at a custom time or date on Telegram.
You have to choose the Send at specific date option and choose the date and time you want to schedule the message to send automatically to your chat. Once you set the time and date you have to tap on the blue Send button and the message will be automatically sent at the scheduled time to your group or personal chat.
