How to mute videos before sending them on WhatsApp?

To remove sound from Videos before sending them you have to open your WhatsApp. Go to the Chat to whom you want to send the video. Tap on the attachment clip on the Chat bar and choose the videos that you want to send. The video will open on the video editing screen.

The Mute video feature will be at the video editing screen below the seek bar. You will see a volume icon below the seek bar to mute the video clip that you are sharing with your chat. If you want to mute the video before sharing it then tap on the volume icon and mute it.

Tap on the Send button to send the video to your contacts once you mute the video. The video is sent to your contact without background sound. Your contacts can only see the video and the sound is removed from that video.

You can also set video status without background sounds. You have to set your status as you set. But Before sending that video to the status tap on the volume icon below the seek bar and mute that video then send it to your status.
