The Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphone comes powered by the Snapdragon 8 elite processor, report. It may come with up to 16GB of RAM along with UFS 4.1 storage up to 1TB. The S25 Ultra smartphone will run on OneUI 7 based on Android 17 which may feature the new Galaxy AI features.
The upcoming Ultra phone will backed by a similar 5000mAh battery with fast charging support. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to come with four color options as its predecessor Titanium Grey, Titanium Black, Titanium Blue, and Titanium Green.

It is expected that the Samsung S25 Ultra will come with a similar quad-camera setup with some upgrades in ultrawide and telephoto lenses.
