WhatsApp is working on the new Order feature for the Business account. It is working on a new feature that lets businesses create order. Businesses can easily create orders for their customer using the new Order feature. It will add the new Order shortcut to the chat action sheet. The order shortcut lets Businesses quickly create new orders. Businesses have to tap on the Order shortcut to create the order for the customers.
As you can see on the given image that when the Business tap on the order shortcut to create the Order then it will open the new section where they can create the order. In the new section, they will be able to add the new items to create orders from the WhatsApp Catalog. Users can also specify the quantity of the items when they add new items. When the users add the new items and specify the quantity then the app will automatically calculate the subtotal.
The created order will be automatically sent to the chat where they create the order after creating the new order. The new Create Order feature is currently under development. But it will soon release the new Create Order feature for Business accounts for Android.
