WhatsApp is rolling out a new feature to share documents with captions. It is releasing the ability to share documents with captions. Now users can add captions to their documents when they share them with anyone on WhatsApp. Users can now add captions to their documents like images and videos.

Before rolling out the new caption feature for documents they are only able to add the caption to their images and videos. But now they add a caption to their documents too. The new caption for documents features also helps you to find the documents easily by searching the caption in the chat.

You have to simply try to send the document and before tapping on the send button you have to add a caption to that document. Adding a caption to the documents helps you to find the document easily when you need them.

To add the caption you have to open WhatsApp chat and tap on the plus button to open the chat share sheet. After this, tap on the Document option then select the document. You will see a caption bar if this feature enables to you account. Enter a caption to the document and tap on the send button to send the document with the caption.

To find the document quickly you have to enter the caption in the search text field. Now you can quickly find and access your documents after searching with the caption. The new Caption for Documents feature is currently rolling out for the beta version 22.22.0.71 for iOS.
