WhatsApp is working on a new feature that lets users create a new community. The community is the new private place that is available within the group. It gives more control to the WhatsApp Group Admin. Also, the group admin is able to add the link to the other groups in the community. They can easily create a group within the group and invite the other users by sharing the invite link and connecting with the other users easily.
When they create a community then they can link some groups in the community. The Admin has more control to manage all the linked groups with the community feature. Group participants will see the content of all linked groups if they join the community. In case, if any users leave the community then they won’t be able to view the linked groups. Also, after joining the community users won’t be able to see the unliked groups.
The community has the exact same name and description option as a group. Users have to simply type the community name and description then they can add up to 10 groups in the new community. The new create community feature is under development. But WhatsApp will soon roll out the new feature to create a community for iOS users.
