The new feature has been discovered on WhatsApp for Android beta version 2.24.14.14. Users can now forward outgoing video notes with the latest camera mode. They can see a new camera mode called Video Note for sharing content in their chats.

It allows users to easily record video notes directly within the camera interface and eliminates the current requirement to tap and hold the camera icon located in the chat bar to record the video notes.

Meanwhile, the meta-owned messaging app is rolling out the new forward channels feature. Users can forward and share messages and media on channels. They can now forward messages, photos, videos, and GIFs to their channels. Channel owners can explore the new feature by opening any channel from the Updates tab and trying to forward a message to their channel.

Users will no longer first required to save media to their devices and then upload it to the channel manually. Instead of manually saving and uploading media, they can directly forward content from a channel to their channels.
