iQOO Neo 9 Specifications and Features

The new iQOO Neo 9 sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate. It has a 2,800 x 1,260 pixels resolution, an aspect ratio of 20:9, and HDR 10+ support. There are two cameras 50MP Sony IMX920 primary sensor with optical image stabilisations (OIS) and an 8MP sensor with an ultra-wide lens housed at the back side of the device.

There is also a 16MP centered hole-punch front camera sensor. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with Adreno 740 GPU. It has 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage on board. The iQOO Neo 9 runs on Android 14 based on OriginOS 4.

iQOO Neo 9 Pro features the same 6.78-inch AMOLED Display with 1.5K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and HDR 10+ support. There are two cameras 50MP Sony IMX920 primary sensor with optical image stabilisations (OIS) and a 50MP ultra-wide angle sensor housed. There is also a 16MP selfie shooter.

It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset with Immortalis-G720 GPU. It has 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage on board. iQOO Neo 9 Pro also runs on the same Android 14 based on OriginOS 4.
