On Tuesday Google launches the short video feature on YouTube. Now YouTube allows you to share the short video on this platform. But it has a time limit of 15 seconds videos. Google launched the YouTube short feature in the early beta version in India.

This shorts feature include the new camera and a handful of editing tool will be rolled out in the few weeks Google said. The 15 seconds shorts video will show on the YouTube homepage. It will also show on the other parts of the YouTube app.

YouTube has also posted about the shorts feature. That post noted how can you create the shorts. You have to check that you have access to shorts. If you have then click on the + plus icon then choose the video.

When you use the hashtag in the title or description then it will be highlighted on the YouTube homepage. Chris Jaffe the VP of Product Management for YouTube noted that this feature would be expanded to iOS and other countries. He also said that more features would be added quickly to build.

There are rumors that YouTube was working on a TikTak clone, perfecting all the facts from earlier this year, but it was confirmed by June. YouTube also comes with a huge built-in audience that quickly adopts shorts like Instagram. But even though Instagram claims to make short videos to a large number of people, it has not had the same cultural impacts as TikTok.
