YouTube testing a new design that doesn’t show public dislike count
YouTube is working on a few new designs for its UI. It will hide the videos dislike count in the new designs. The Dislike button will exist on the video but its count won’t show. Also, its function will work the same. There is no info that when it will roll out worldwide.

YouTube said on Twitter that “in response to Creator Feedback around Well-Being and targeted Dislike campaigns” as you can see above. The video creators can see their video dislike count on the YouTube Studio app. This feature is in the experimental phase currently. Now it is rolling out only to a handful of creators.
