As you can see in the given image, When you edit your sent message then it will show an “Edited” label on the message in the conversation. WhatsApp is developing a new feature that lets you edit the sent message.

You will be able to edit your typos after sending a message to your chat. It will give you exactly 15 minutes to edit a message. You will be able to edit or fix your typo when you sent a typo message to your chat.

As happens with the delete message for everyone feature, WhatsApp may not ensure that your message will be edited if the receiver does not open their WhatsApp within a certain amount of time. As you know, you can delete the sent message to everyone when the recipient doesn’t read your message within a certain amount of time.

The new label for editing message feature is currently under development. But WhatsApp will soon release a new label for Editing messages for beta testers for Android and iOS.
