According to the WABetaInfo the feature tracker of WhatsApp, it has released the WhatsApp Payments option available today in Brazil. It has enabled this feature again for Brazil users. WhatsApp has disabled this feature 1 year ago. You must be knowing that WhatsApp announced a similar for Brazil users 1 year ago.
But due to some complications with the Central Bank of Brazil that declared WhatsApp could hurt banks and the local system Payments in Brazil. WhatsApp had to disable the Payments feature in Brazil, as per the WABetaInfo report.

WhatsApp has finally received the authorization to roll out the payments feature again last month. Users can now send the money to their friends, and family. But this feature is not to send the money to the businesses. This feature is rollout for certain users. If you want to check that you have got this or not then open your WhatsApp. Go to any chat and tap on the attachment option. You will see the Payments option on that attachment.
If you are able to see the Payments icon then you got this feature. If you are not able to see then you didn’t get this feature. In case, if you don’t get this feature and want to get it on your app then ask your friends to send you a payments request. Make sure your friends have this feature. When they send your payment request then you will get the Payments feature.
