WhatsApp is also adding the new option on the voice messages with allows users to listen to their recording their voice before sending it to the chat.
You can stop the voice messages recording where you want to stop and listen to the voice messages before sending them to your chat. This feature is rolling out for the Android beta tester. This feature is available for the beta version 2.21.18.3 on Android.
