You were only able to see the Business account instead of the Online Status or last seen. Those users can go online on WhatsApp without appearing online on a Business account that had WhatsApp’s Android beta version 2.21.13.17 or also without showing their last seen.
But now WhatsApp is restoring the Online Status and Last Seen for Business account. Now users can see online status while they are chatting with the Business account. They can also see the last time when the user was online last time. The Online status and last seen is restoring on the beta version 2.21.14.3.
