WhatsApp working on a new Review Voice message feature
According to the WABetaInfo the feature tracker of WhatsApp, that it is working on a new feature that lets users listen to Voice messages before sending them. Users can review their recorded Voice messages before sending them to their chats. This is the new way to listen to their voice messages before sending them. Users have to tap on the stop button to listen to the voice messages before sending them.

WhatsApp will add the Stop button that makes it easier to listen to the audio messages before sending them. Currently, you see a cancel button to discard your recorded messages. The Discard button completely deletes your voice messages.
But you will see the stop button once the feature is available to review Voice messages on WhatsApp. The stop button won’t delete your messages. This feature is currently under development and it will roll out soon.
