According to the WABetaInfo feature tracker of WhatsApp, the latest beta version 2.21.50.11 is no longer supported on iPhones that are running iOS 9. Those users are not able to use WhatsApp who are using the iOS 9 models iPhones. It means that WhatsApp won’t run on the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s.

Those users can use WhatsApp on their iPhones who are using iOS 10 and above. The WABetaInfo also says that the WhatsApp FAQ page is still to be updated. WhatsApp FAQ page has not updated the list of supporting operating systems yet. Apart from this WhatsApp is working on the disappearing photos feature.
