According to the WABetaInfo feature tracker of WhatsApp, that the latest beta version 2.21.50.11 is no longer supports on those iPhones which are running the iOS 9. Those users are not able to use WhatsApp who are using the iOS 9 models iPhones. It means that WhatsApp won’t run on the iPhone a 4 and iPhone 4s.
Those users are able to use WhatsApp on their iPhones who are using iOS 10 and above. The WABetaInfo also says that the WhatsApp FAQ page is still to be updated.
