According to WABetaInfo the feature tracker of WhatsApp, it is extending the deadline in specific countries like Germany and Argentina for some users. Users from these countries can accept the WhatsApp Privacy Policy till 19th June 2021.

A pop-up message appears and shows “WhatsApp is updating our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to reflect new features and comply with new European Union data protection laws”. Users will have to accept the WhatsApp terms by 19th June to continue using WhatsApp without limited functionality.

The Company said that “We’re continuing to remind those who haven’t had the chance to do so to review and accept, after giving everyone time to review”.
