You have to open your WhatsApp and tap on the three dots top of the right corner. Tap on the New broadcast option. Select the contacts to who you want to send the messages. You can select up to 256 contacts simultaneously. Tap on the green tick icon bottom of the screen. You can now send the messages, images, videos, Gif, etc to this broadcast. Also, name the broadcast as you wish.
