One of the Twitter users also reported that he is facing calls and internet service for almost 3 hours at all Pune and Wagholi areas. Another Twitter user “kaship Shah” said that “Jio it shows ‘no service’ since more than 2 hours! Please sort out the Problem”. Jio Care responds to this Twitter “Hi Kaship, you may face an intermittent problem of using internet services or making or receiving calls on your mobile connection. This is temporary and our team is working to resolve this at the earliest. Please DM your registered mobile number”.
