One of the Twitter users also reported that he is facing calls and internet service for almost 3 hours in all Pune and Wagholi areas. Another Twitter user “Kaship Shah” said that “Jio it shows ‘no service’ for more than 2 hours! Please sort out the Problem”.
Jio Care responds to this Twitter “Hi Kaship, you may face an intermittent problem of using internet services or making or receiving calls on your mobile connection. This is temporary and our team is working to resolve this at the earliest. Please DM your registered mobile number”.
Reliance Jio networks have now started working properly again for the users. If any users are still facing an outage and are not able to make calls, receive calls, and use internet service then wait for some time. It will soon resolve the service outage in Mumbai Circle.
